EPG is not working?
It is happen when your digital tuner get fault.To fix it please unplug your TV and router from the wall for 1 minute, and then upload your M3U file or M3U URL again to the SIPTV website. This should fix the problem. If not, your IP address is probably blocked. Just let us know.
Do you offer a refund?
Yes, we do offer refunds only when certain conditions are met, first we will try to help you fix the problems but if nothing works even for all these guides then we can offer a refund.
Another thing to consider, you will be charged a small amount if your plan is active for more than 7 days.
When will I get my credentials after placing the order?
